Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League – Not the Sendoff Batman Deserved

The new game is sort of a continuation of Batman Arkham Knight from 2015 but is not getting the expected appreciation. Despite the delays, the game just did not fulfill fans’ expectations when it comes to Batman. Rocksteady Studio, the developer team behind this release, has some great ratings on their Batman lineup, Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, and Arkham Knight. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, was supposed to be special for Batman at least, as it was the last  DC game featuring the voice of Kevin Conroy as Batman.

The release of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has made it evident that the game falls short of being the fitting farewell that Rocksteady’s Batman deserved. What aspects contribute to the game’s failure to capture the essence of Batman’s legacy? Share your thoughts in the comments!

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Looks “Dated”

Fans have started to show disappointment towards Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League from Batman’s ending to the visual impressions. You will encounter numerous comparisons as people have started side-by-side evaluations of the game with previous installments.  It might be ahead in terms of gameplay but no one can deny the fact that the game looks graphically “dated” compared to Rocksteady’s previous title, Batman Arkham Knight which was released almost 9 years ago. Have a look at this reference which clearly shows how good the graphics were in 2015.

This video highlights all the differences in visual aspects of the two games side-by-side. And as already discussed, visuals are considerably worse compared to Batman Arkham Knight. From textures and animations to lighting and character models everything seems a downgrade.
